What's included in a site rental?

Water, sewer, municipal garbage collection & bi-annual heavy garbage collection.

What is your Pet Policy?

All pets must be approved by management. No dangerous breeds. Pets must not exceed 30lbs.

Do you accept online payments?

We accept e-tranfers to celticcoastca@gmail.com

Do you charge a deposit?

• A deposit is required from tenants renting a home from us.

• No deposit is required from homeowners.

What is involved in the application process? 

We run a credit and background check. An application is available in the Resident Info section of our website. You can fill this out before your visit to expidite the process.

What school district are you in?

Strait Regional School Board.

How much are lot rents?

Prices vary- Lot rents start at $193/month include sewer and water.

I have bad credit. Can I finance a home?

Yes, we have local banks that will work with damaged credits. Please see links below.
